after I told her I had tried a friends one on my large flatscreen in my big loungeroom and it was ok. I have since found out that my bedroom was too small and my tv's (a smaller one than in the loungeroom) signal wasn't strong enough for it to work. Nothing of this nature was explained to me at the store) I had been told that I could not return it unless it was put back exactly in the way it was originally packaged (who can do that?)

As good as it gets – After ringing this store to explain how frustrated I was at not being able to assemble my dining room suite, AND telling them I put a wrong size screw in a chair and ruined it.…

they immediately offered me an assembler to do it for me (for free), as well as a new chair... on top of that, for all my "frustrations" they are sending me a $100 voucher to spend in their store!

shop, because there has never been any need to!. The before AND after sales service never alters. When obtaining a new phone I am given simple and straightforward instructions on how to use them. I also receive phone calls from time to time asking me how I am doing and do I have any problems etc. All this gives me much piece of mind when "tackling" a new phone. (especially seeing as tho I am "over 50" and not savvy with modern technology.) I have learnt so much more since I have been dealing with them, and have no desire to go anywhere else! friendly, honest, straightforward, reliable, approachable
