Superloop NBN 50/20 I paid $86 in July, $95 in August and $86 in September. I have changed nothing but Superloop keep changing their price. The price was OK and stable when it was My Republic but not… any more. Actually, with My Republic I started on a 100mbps plan then after a while, the speed was halved to 50 to keep the price the same. That is what I call Super Inflation. With all the above considered, how can I give any more than one star. I will be changing ISP. |

Arise Solar Arise battery installation – Yesterday Arise installed a 10kw Jinko battery and inverter to my existing solar panels. It has all gone well and fully operational after the install. I feel the installer did a… comprehensive job as he guided me on installing the app, password and setup and at the end asked if I had any questions but it wasn’t necessary as he already told me all I needed to know. They also took away all rubbish and left the site clean. I am happy with the job but as it is brand new, I can only review based on a one day old system, not a 10 year old system. I can only hope it lasts the 20 year battery life span they told me. For your solar needs, I recommend to Speak to Graham from Arise and also request for their installer Jihad to do the work. |

Stegbar NSW, Taren Point Good service and price – I had a good experience this week being served by Natalie. I ordered a water bar strip for my bathroom floor on Monday and picked it up on Friday. I am very pleased that Natalie… went to the trouble to get me something fast under $20 without forgetting or just saying no. I also went to BBQ’s galore same day to order a BBQ part but no sign of it arriving, I think that order was forgotten about until I turned up Friday afternoon asking about it. I continually find I am let down by just about every business, the care factor just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. But with Natalie at Stegbar, I had a positive experience and could not expect any better. |

ALDI Aldi mushroom kit – Several months ago I purchased the Aldi mushroom kit and followed the instructions exactly, but now, a few months later, the kit has not produced any mushrooms. Over the years I… have purchased mushroom kits elsewhere and have always been successful in growing mushrooms but not this time with the Aldi kit. |

The Good Guys eBay scam – I wanted to buy a Sharp 70" LED LCD TV from The Good Guys online store and take advantage of the eBay 20% discount offer but due to so called technical issues I found it was not… possible to purchase this item. I called The Good Guys call centre 4 times and they claimed they were trying to sort out the issue. I also called eBay and they eventually worked out that the problem is because The Good Guys had at the top of the page "this item is out of stock" I found out from all persons from the call centre that this was not the case and that the Artarmon store which is not far from me had 4 in stock. The ironic thing here is they advertised the goods, had the goods in stock, I had the money and it was not possible to purchase the goods. The eBay offer expired last night and now it is not possible to get the 20% discount from eBay. Neither eBay or The Good Guys are willing to resolve the issue. This sort of practice is not fair trading and should be investigated by The Office of Fair Trading. There was a product on offer that was in stock and I was not able to purchase it. It makes me feel scammed. If it is not the fault of eBay and not the fault of The Good Guys, then I must be at fault for wanting to buy the advertised product. It was advertised at $1998.00 with a further 20% eBay discount under their CTECH20 promotional offer. Everyone you talk to is sorry but sorry does not fix the problem. I think the fair solution is for The Good Guys to now offer me the TV at the $1998.00 less 20% as was the offer |
