  Verified Origin Internet Experience NBN 50

I was with another ISP on 50/20, and signed up for Origin's 50/20 plan. What could go wrong with simply changing providers I thought!? On the day of cut over our speed dropped

to 12Mbps and a week later it's still 12Mbps!!! I have been in contact with Origin support about 8 times, and even an NBN tech has visited and changed the NBN box and pulled a new cable from the house to the street and we are still at 12Mb. Nothing changed with any of our hardware we simply changed providers. In time I have spent at least 6-8hrs troubleshooting: numerous isolation tests, restarting, speed test after speed test. Origin are a joke if they can't sort this out. DO NOT SWITCH TO ORIGIN IF YOU VALUE A QUALITY INTERNET SERVICE AND YOUR TIME!!

9/2/26 - revised 1 star to 3. The issue was resolved after 8 days. Definitely not a good way to start things, but it seems OK now that we're at the correct speed. Hopefully Origin's troubleshooting and NBN escalation procedures will improve.

  Saxa Black Peppercorn Pepper Grinder

Not refillable!! – I recently used the Saxa pepper grinder and there are two issues with it: 1. It’s non-refillable! 2. Difficult to properly recycle, as the plastic and glass can’t be easily

separated, which we are meant to do before putting items in the recycle bin.

This is irresponsible in this day and age of REPAIR, REUSE, RECYCLE.

The logic is to reuse before recycling, so in this case I should be able to unscrew the lid to add more Saxa peppercorns.

Unless this is rectified, I can’t in all conscience ever buy this again, and will be sure to spread the word.

7 weeks and still waiting for order to arrive! – Ordered on 24th August 2022, followed by customer service response: "The stock of your order will arrive soon and we want to ensure we get it to you in time." Numerous updates

saying "it's coming soon" I cancelled the order on 17th Oct 2022. At least there was a no fuss refund I will give them that.

Bottom line - I don't think I would order anything that they didn't have in stock -life is too short!
