Very unhappy with their lack of service & care. We had no fewer than 3 different sales consultants draw up and review the design for my Kitchen. Not one of them, (or for that…

matter the Builder) picked up, that the design was flawed. None of the staff cared about making it a good functional kitchen space. We have complained to U Install It Kitchens, and the best they could come up with was to offer us a $500 food voucher, after we spent more than $14,000 on the the Kitchen Cupboards. I will never recommend them to anyone. Their so called designers are no better than glorified sales people. My Kitchen is so badly designed in the corner, that I cannot open my Oven, Pantry or Fridge doors at the same time. I can only open one of them, before having to shut the others. If someone wants to get into the pantry and the fridge at the same time all of these doors will hit the others. They also pushed back our delivery date twice, and no deliveries were to be made unless the total amount for all cupboards was paid in full. My advice is 'Don't use them'.

a technician (who I waited 3 weeks for) and all he did was check the temperature and said it was fine. I have been cooking for well over 50 years, and this is the worst oven I have ever bought. I have tried all different settings and read the manual at length and it will not brown any food unless I turn it up to 240 degrees. Even then I have to wait for over an hour to get even minimal browning. At $1400 this oven is a waste of money.
