sales and delivery are terrible. I exchanged numerous emails and was told I would get an answer in 24 hours, it never happened. Just as my delivery never happened - I ended up cancelling the order after 2 wks. I just had to wait for the transaction to be reversed - another 2 weeks but that eventually occurred. My advice. Don't shop online with HN, there are plenty of other options - let's hope that when Amazon comes to Australia they will really sort stores like this out. In the meantime I will probably physically go into a store - probably The good guys.
