on hold for 45mins and I didn’t get anywhere. If they can’t deliver the good, should stop taking orders or let the customer know earlier. My animals has no food to eat, even I order it few weeks ago. I should have order it somewhere else.

miscommunication and delay due to holiday period. They got back to me and send me my order by express so I can receive it before my holiday. I also gave them some suggestions and share my experience with them, they very open minded to it. I appreciate their attitude. I will give them another go.
