Petbarn Online store First time and last time. No customer service at all – I understand that delivery will be delayed during the pandemic, I order it few weeks ago and hasn’t received my chicken food. Tried to contact the customer service and I was put… on hold for 45mins and I didn’t get anywhere. If they can’t deliver the good, should stop taking orders or let the customer know earlier. My animals has no food to eat, even I order it few weeks ago. I should have order it somewhere else. |

Coles Online Worst online shopping experience – I will give it no star if allow to. Shopped on sale products, paid and all got canceled before pick-up time for no reason. Misleading information and terrible online shopping platform design.… |

Gadgets Boutique Originally I wasn’t very impressed, then they tried very hard to fix it – I ordered a phone case on 20/12, and I hasn't received my order. Tried to contact them 3 times, no response no reply, nothing until I post on product review. There were some… miscommunication and delay due to holiday period. They got back to me and send me my order by express so I can receive it before my holiday. I also gave them some suggestions and share my experience with them, they very open minded to it. I appreciate their attitude. I will give them another go. |
