shake my head in disbelief, firstly, because this little gem of a cooker/roaster has managed to perfectly deliver a 2,5kg roast pork with crunchy crackling, potatos, pumpkin, carrots all in one cooking session, this was last Monday and the first time we fired her up immediatelly after she was delivered a few days ago, followed by 3kg of pork spare ribs slow cooked to melt in mouth perfection yesterday evening, and sensational lamb roast with chunky cut Tassie sweet potato & Dutch butter potatos tonight, all three dinners were cooked perfectly and absolutely and finished up almost fat free, what amazes me most about this experience is that we managed to buy this little gem of a convection cooker for a rediculous AUD $ 39.00 through Countdown Deals On Line. Easy to clean, set and forget easy to use controls, enough room to cook a 3kg roast and enough roast vegies fat free for a family of 5-6 people, cooks to perfection every single time, a fantastic convection oven, probably the best I have ever seen or used. 10/10 Easy to use, Easy to clean, Portable, cooks to fat free perfection every single time, unbelievably low purchase cost.
