No Customer Service or Complaints Number Visible – how can an organisation which promotes itself on efficient good service not make their customer service and complaints phone number easily visible on their website. I had to go to…

other websites to find the number. I got an email saying they received my enquiry but when I clicked the link they provided with the phone icon to contact them via phone it takes me to the tracking order page - no Phone Number shown. Obviously does not work. So where are the Phone Numbers on Catch.com.au website? Still a mystery to me.
