mattress for two decades and knew I wanted another one. I had to order online without testing in person, but Sam guided me gently and without pressured sales tactics through the process and answered all my questions. I wanted to sleep on it for a few months before reviewing the mattress.

I have to say that it's the best mattress I have ever had. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. For me it has been well worth the expenditure. I had been suffering from hip and shoulder pain that led to broken sleep. Now I sleep through the night and my hip and shoulder pain have all but disappeared. (I'm in my 70s).

While I knew it was a risk to purchase such an expensive item without testing, I decided to trust the reviews. We spend so many hours a day in bed, I thought it was worth the risk. I have been completely happy! I do not feel hot on this mattress. While I purchased the soft-firm-soft version, it's not a pillow-top feeling. You don't sink into it. But neither does it feel hard, I just feel beautifully and comfortably supported. It feels buoyant! I feel lifted and held gently but firmly. No sagging at all.

The only con is that I now would be happy to lie in bed all day!!
