Newcastle showroom was so helpful and his customer service from start to finish and product knowledge is outstanding. Although only Phase 1 of our renovation and a small order this time, he always took the time to explain anything we asked and was patient with us while we decided on the final specs. Thanks Robbie. Production - from day one of placing the order we were kept up to date on the ETA and completely surprised in the fast timeframe. The windows arrived well in schedule. Delivery - your delivery driver kept me informed of the time he would be at our address and he was spot on. He was polite, helpful and cheery. Having dealt with a number of delivery drivers over the past few months during our renovation, this is an absolute breath of fresh air. Please send on my thanks to all in the team. I will have no hesitation in recommending Stegbar. This type of service is becoming hard to find.
