Terrible and greedy – I’ve been with this company for so long and my first time to experience such bad customer service. They failed me this time. I had a payment plan in place and I got charged twice

via direct debit. I called up and they said I made a manual payment which is not true. To cut it short, the guy told me to forward the refund request to their credit team and will callback in 24 hours to ensure I get refunded. I waited for another 5 days but no callback so I contacted them via chat. Same thing nothing happened and the guy named John is not helping at all. Same thing he said he will forward the request to their credit team and told me to callback in after 24-48 hrs. I wasn’t pleased and expressed my disappointment (never swore) but John was punishing me and did nothing about my concern. You can never express disappointment in this company because they will punish you and won’t help you out. So now now I ended up with double payment for this month, and next month I will have to pay again because their system did not update or change the date of my next payment. So unfair. I will shop for another provider that is a little bit understanding of their customers.

Stylish remote controlled heater. Worth the price – This heater can heat up a big room nicely and quietly. It heats up quickly too. I love how I can adjust the temperature remotely as well as set a timer to it. I’m satisfied with this heater. One of the best in Kmart.

Terrible Company – Lumo is a total rip off! I just called them a few seconds ago and our conversation did not go well as usual. First, when I moved in to my new apartment, they gave me my first bill

which is too way high that I could imagine. I called them up to explain that maybe part of the bill was from the previous bill of the occupant but they denied that and said that maybe one of my appliances were faulty so i have to check on it. I let it pass as I was too tired to argue with them as they weren't that helpful at all. My next bill came after 3 months (90 days) and surprisingly, it is even lower than my first bill of 35 days only. Today, I called them up because I just paid my bill last month and now they gave me my next bill and asking me again to pay this month which I normally expect it to be after 3 months. They did inform me then that starting this month my bill is going to be paid in a monthly cycle which I haven't made known of it. I then asked them to give me more time to pay my next bill as it is not in my budget plan for this month. I then asked them to give me a few days extension from the due date as my next salary will be in that time. After putting me on hold several times for a long time, they decided not to give that extension to me. They just waisted my time and added up cost to my phone bill. It is just sad that they will be losing a customer that pays on time. No wonder you have a very low rating. Wait until I find a better provider.
