Europcar Rented a car in the UK and emailed company following receiving my account and questioned why l believe l had been charged for 6 days not 3 as per contract. Have received emails… stating they are looking into it, but no resolution or explanation. This was over 3 weeks ago. Very poor service and lack of customer support. Not worth even one star. |

Qantas International Dumped in Houston after being redirected from Dallas due to storm still waiting… for contact from Qantas despite trying to contact them. No Support whatsoever not worth even one star Follow-up · So paid our own way to Dallas as no support from Qantas. Phil Hoffmann Travel Escorted Cambodia and Vietnam tour – Recently returned from an escorted tour to Cambodia and Vietnam. An amazing holiday which exceeded our expectations, having ongoing support whilst away made the experience… relaxing and we loved every minute. Amanda was knowledgeable, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, experiences while on tour included a circus, Vesper ride, Halong bay cruise to name but a few and were all unforgettable. TripADeal India 2 for 1 deal – Just returned from an 8 day 2 for 1 India trip, visiting Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. It was amazing and incredibly well organised and everything ran like clockwork. The tour guide,… support crew and driver were wonderful, caring and supportive. They represented both the company and their country highly. Would recommend Tripadeal to anyone. This is the first time I have ever used this company and l travel frequently, this sets the standards for other travel companies to follow. |
