Below, is my request for assistance (2025): I purchased a pair of timber doors from you in October 2016. Recently, the door handle jammed with the door in the closed position. I want to purchase a new handle. I have attached a relevant copy of our Order Form so you can match the part numbers for the handle. I am not expecting this will be a warranty issue - I would just like to purchase a matching handle.
