The worst airline service in the world! Vanessa Hudson, trained by Joyce worse than him. Contacting them they continually transfer you to the same irrelevant departments. Make

promises about rectifying travel credits and missing points and they NEVER HAPPEN. Same with empty promises about calling you back - they simply don’t. Consolidate up to three flights into one, even flights over two days forcing travellers to stay overnight. Downgrading people from business as they could not fit them in business class on the consolidated flight. Rewards flights impossible to find even for lifetime gold members. Absolutely hopeless airline.

Terrible company and products sold – Beware of this company! Purchased expensive Pikolino shoes but due to foot issue couldn’t use them for two years. Carefully packed them in specialist shoe bag and wore them once.

On taking them off the sole and heel pealed straight off the shoes exposing the “supposedly” properly affixed under sole. Now useless and unusable. Took them to expert shoe maker/repairer who said they were faulty and that the sole and heel were glued on rather than with a mold type adherence. He said he could attest to their new and virtually unused condition. Suggested they may not be genuine Pikolinos. On contacting the company they queried the age for any refund/credit and I told them what the shoe expert said. Then they gave a lame reason for the defect that it was only because I had not used for two years, then asked for photos which I took and sent. After no response I wrote only to receive a ridiculous explanation that it was past the guarantee period and that it would be “wear and tear” (ridiculous) or impropererly stored (equally ridiculous when I had proved that the base was glued on not as per the makers description). As per the expert’s opinion I seriously doubt they are genuine Pikolinos and THEREFORE STRONGLY SUGGEST YIU KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND IN ALL PROBABILITY THEIR PARENT COMPANY MUNRO FOOTWEAR GROUP.

Worst delivery company – The worst delivery company EVER. I can’t understand why Amazon continues to use them. Lose packages, always late - just don’t deliver. DO NOT USE 0 stars if possible.
