Disappointment in no original boxes for Wedgwood items – I ordered, (going by the picture on line,) what I thought was teacups and saucers from Vera Wang Wedgwood, with Wedgwood boxes. On arrival I soon come to realize that I only had…

the saucer's, and no boxes,(I contacted customer service via email). I then went into the Zanui site to investigate further, and soon realized that the cups didn't come with the saucers, I then went into the site to order the cups. In all descriptions it states that we get the boxes with the items. Customer Service did try to help me with the boxes, but to no avail, and also because of the way everything is advertised on the site, it cost me two lots of delivery which I am not happy about. Also the items do not look anything like the pictures on line, which was disappointing.

Items that cost as much as they did should of come in their Wedgwood original boxes, and not wrapped in tissue paper and bubble type wrap within a cardboard carton. If I had bought them from a store they would of been packaged correctly. An item that is brand new always constitutes original packaging.

Will shop off line next time and save.
