bad experience with another brand. This machine is fantastic and I absolutely love it. Washes big loads beautifully, no lint and is fast. Many wash options. This machine is quality plus and I am confident it will last for many years. I have noticed the spin cycle leaves the clothes a little less dry - not a problem for me thought. The advantages of this machine far out way this issue.
