They always try to help, even though the solution may not always be suitable. However, this time, after having spoken to four separate people at iiNet about changing to NBN, I finally got to the point where I can change my service without having to buy a new Fetch top box. After having been told no, I was told that yes, my existing Fetch is can be re-used. Yay, one less things to landfill. But this did take a number of conversations.
