Importantly I was successfully able to download a New Zealand map for our trip in September 2014 across the ditch and use our dual map loaded reliably whilst touring both North and South Islands.

On returning to the West Island aka Australia, Tim has started having the “cannot find a GPS Signal”. I keep Tim updated when notified by MY DRIVE, but my GPS signal problem persists. On some trips it does work, others forget about it as Tim blinks away looking for GPS flashing and indicating that you are travelling on the opposite side of the road.

I hope that there is an update one day fixes this simple software problem so I can once again rave about my Tim.
