Aiden was very professional and assessed my feet using their technology and explained the results to me. He made some suggestions to me and I tried on two different brands. The Asics were the best fit for me so I purchased them for $269.99. I immediately emailed BD-DIEMENG and received a sympathetic response a short time later but requesting a copy of the Invoice. A subsequent email requested photos of the mask that I received. Yet another email offered me $12 compensation if I returned the item at my cost. I refused that offer and requested my money back. That hasn’t eventuated and I believe that the mask on their website doesn’t exist in the form shown, it is simply bait to hook people into a bad purchase (see photo attached)
