Fruugo Best service, best prices, best products – Had to return grape bags for larger size and am amazed by quick response. Both product quality and customer service are way, way better than you usually find. Bags excellent for… keeping birds and other pests away from ripening grapes. I couldn't be happer!! |

Asics GT-2000 7 Twist Almost impossible to get on – The opening to each shoe is so stiff that after struggling for five minutes all I had were aching fingers. Tried for another few minutes with the biggest shoe-horn I could find… and finally got my feet into the shoes. Once on my feet the shoes fitted perfectly so I cannot imagine why I had so much trouble. Have donated these to a good-will store as I'm not prepared to put myself through all this hassle just to get my shoes on . |

Grants of Australia Mild Mint Toothpaste Cap does not work – This toothpaste has a lovely fresh taste and I love that it is fluoride and preservative free. However, reluctantly, I will return to my old brand. My reason is simple. Moreover… it could easily be corrected by this company. Once you *lift* the little flap on the cap the dried toothpaste quickly congeals like cement around the opening, so firmly in fact that the rest of the contents cannot be squeezed out. I emailed customer service re this problem and received a politely vacuous but unhelpful reply that more or less implied that the fault was mine, no refund. Apparently their cap works by screwing on and off and, confusingly, by also lifting. |

MATE ADSL Lives up to every single promise! – Some people (best be nameless) dare to call me a technical moron. So, changing providers seemed a bridge way too far. Still I needed to save money so I checked product reviews.… MATE were among the the best on most things. Especially customer service. They even answered on the third ring!! "Looks super- promising so far" I told myself. To cut a long story short, they outclassed themselves on every bit of the process of setting up, explaining terms and options and so on. Since joining MATE about two years ago I've had none of the problems experienced with my previous telecom, a major, major provider, who survive on hot air, promises, accounting mayhem and people like me who are fearful of making changes. So, I ask myself, "Why did you wait so long" MATE makes everything so easy, cheap and hassle-free. They seem to be that rare bird, a company that actually values its customers. |
