cameras or what. The screen on the monitor has 2 lines of dead pixels which is annoying. When you record for longer than 60 seconds the module freezes and has to be turned off and back on to work again. The battery is horrible for only being 2 years old. Really disappointed. The cameras also no longer lock into their mounts as tight as they used to so its really hard to angle them to the position you want as they slip and self correct into another direction.

Service is horrible – They take forever to do any work. They currently have a unit of ours and it has been there for nearly 8 months. Operations manager is rude, barely replies to emails, phone calls…

etc. I would not buy from them. Its all about the sale, once they have it there is no after sales help.

Administration - YAY – Paid for the item up front wasn't in stock, advised it would be ordered in. No worries. Wait a month, called them, sorry its still not in. Wait another 2 weeks call them phones…

I bet if they called everyone that was meant to pick up an item or finish paying off layby they would have, instead they took the cowards way out. I bet the owner probably still owns their million dollar house. So frustrating. From now on I am not paying for anything unless I have it in hand.

edges, back of rear seat glue has separated, gear knob broke, gear sleave broke, radio plug keeps falling off, heater core went just before the 3 year warranty finished. Air box filter screws broke the plastic, light bulbs keep blowing, plastic under radiator fell off on highway, paint has started pealing on the roof, top engine mount has been replaced twice other wise there is a horrible rattle and shake.

Options I should have gotten was cruise control instead we got paint protection which had a lifetime warranty that they don't honour.

Its a little bit of a CON, Vacuum (If the bag doesn't break), Blower (barely), Mulch (maybe a leaf) – Ok so they sell this as a 3 in one unit. Well the first time I used it I was very impressed for money. I thought yep this is great ill use this all the time. 12 months later…

second time using it, the bag rips sending debris all over me. OK I won't vacuum all the mess up ill blow it away. I divert the air flow only to find it bypassing and barely throwing more than a breathe of air out the end. So I pull it apart to find nothing blocking the air path. Real cause was a little stick (maybe a small rock) had broken the fan blade near the motor. I have resorted back to sweeping and raking until I decide on what will be my next purchase. I really did like the idea of vacuuming up all the mess and then it being mulched and putting it back on the garden.

Going forward I wouldn't recommend unless they change the catching system and beef the propeller system up a little.
