number of times before he found the problem and then the whole machine had to be replaced. The other problems we had with the 2nd unit was the Postscript & PCL drivers stopped working for colour prints. This was was too hard to prove to the Samsung Techs as they kept coming out and testing only with the SPL driver which does half the work on the computer. All in all I've just found the build quality of the unit and internal drivers terrible. If it worked and was a little stronger in some parts it would be a pleasure to use as the interface and speed are good, but it cannot last the distance after about 6 months of light use and it's out.
