needed post warranty help with a large aluminium glass sliding door installed in our home a few years ago. Stegbar Lansvale sent Ray from their service division. Arrived on time on agreed service date, promptly dealt with the issue, was very considerate inside our home to respect our floors and furniture. Super polite. Tracey at Stegbar Lansvale originally took my service enquiry, organised for Technician (Ray) to attend our home, then followed up by phone with me after Ray had completed his work to check if everything went smoothly. My wife and I were very impressed with both Tracey and Ray in how professional they both were in their roles.
