Difficult through every step – They stated my item was in Sydney, then shipped it from China taking three weeks. They gave me several false tracking numbers and pretended it was "being processed" and it was on…

its way from Sydney.. before finally admitting it was coming from China and that they'd been lying the whole time. Even told me it was faster to ship it to me from China!

It broke within 2 months and they said just because the vacuum worked fine on carpets for a couple of months, that doesn't mean it was always guaranteed to work on carpets so my warranty doesn't apply. Unbelievable. They washed their hands of any responsibility through the whole process.
