Do not use this provider – An appalling service simple as that. You ring them with a problem and more than 3 .5 hours later no call back. We are paying for something they are not delivering and seem to have

very little interest in solving. The telecommunications ombudsman is the next port of call as we need to run these people out of business

No doubt there will a response from the bot Luke that will offer no solutions

Update on the "call back" option - 8pm that evening I got a text from Mate, sorry we didn't get to call you back try calling again tomorrow.

Not a great experience – I ordered and paid for a solar system only then to have the installer claim their was a problem with the 3 phase power to my property, the problem was that the property does not

have 3 phase power. Weeks after back and forth they accepted my electricians advice that the property does not ha e three phase power and eventually the inverter was changed to a single phase inverter etc.

Not sure the installers know much about electricity outside of their narrow solar installation job.

Only 1 star because can’t give zero – I’ve used this service previously and then yesterday when trying to get the same prescription as before they try tonpush you down the path of a telehealth appointment and spending

more $$$. Never again.

This is an appalling service owned by Wesfarmers which is only interested in extracting cash.

Do not deliver what was ordered – Do not order products from this business as they do not deliver what was ordered. We ordered two roller blinds with electric motors on the proviso they could be controlled using

the same remote control we already had for other blinds bought from this business. On initial delivery the blinds were wound the wrong way and had to be rewound and the angry installer advised we would need another remote as the motors weren't compatible with our existing remote, despite the remote he produced being exactly the same. The blinds were ordered late August 2023 . Now late October, the resolution was either pay for new motors in the existing blinds $600+ or have two remotes, with the additional remote costing $144, the issue we were seeking to avoid in the first place.

We still don't have any blinds installed It is apparent the agents do not understand the product they are selling and the only thing that happens quickly is the seeking of payment.

Most annoying iron I’ve owned – This iron randomly stops works to clean itself which is annoying and time consuming. Do not buy this iron and I’ll never buy another Phillips iron.
