heaters which would fit in the same opening but after reading the mostly negative reviews we were not too sure. We read reviews on their other models and they were all positive so we went ahead and purchased the Ultima 2. It was the best decision we made. It heats the room perfectly and is vastly more efficient than our old Vulcan. It is set at 20 degrees and the entire room is always at that temp. Our gas bills are also far less. I can only assume that the problem that resulted in so many negative reviews has been corrected by Rinnai.

rollers and create all sorts of problems. This new machine has been greatly improved and instead of the rollers being smooth and shiny they seem to have a very slight matte finish on them which prevents this sticking problem. Every batch of pasta made on this machine has been a breeze. I would highly recommend this and congrats to Marcato for such a great improvement.
