to press, machine vibrated so much it shakes our house and light fittings had serviceman out who replace front panel and button and said that this machine does vibrate, 21/2 years down it now is constantly coming up and stopping before going to rinse with code E3, heaps of people are having this issue and costly repairs, it takes forever to get someone out here to look at it and not wishing to spend money on new board and motor so it's being canned, I will never buy anything Samsung again total rubbish and the only setting that does 10kg takes 21/2 hours when it is working fine.

So greatful to find this new formula – After trying three different standard formula and my baby suffering in pain with stomach pains, wind, constipation and reflux i am so greatful for the wonderful advice i was given…

by the karicare helpline who suggested this formula for colicy babies. The formula is 100% whey ie no casein so is easy to digest and also has a thickener in it to help keep it down and keeps my baby satisfied till her next due feed. My baby has been so much happier since starting this formula she still gets a bit of reflux but its not too bad now.

Poohs can be a bit slugey and green but come out easy and daily so thats an easy fix.

Product can be a bit hard to find and have been only able to find at coles and priceline. If u have a chemist warehouse nearby they have much better prices for it.

Due to having a thickener in it i did have to go up a teat size but no real deal breaker just wanted to prepare others that are considering trying to have on hand the next size flow teats.

Also i gave this milk a full three weeks for my baby to settle on this formula as any change does need a bit of time to see outcome.

Also tin label can be a bit misleading as its marketed for constipated babies so could be overlooked by alot of people, from what i understand it is the no casein which helps with the constipation there is nothing in it specicially to treat consipation and i intend to use this product until my babys reflux has gone for good. Happy baby, 30ml scoops so less wasteage Hard to find, no in tin scoop leveller, needs warmed water to dissolve properly

out of them when I rang I always got someone who struggled to understand me. The products they have listed they do not actually have in stock themselves so if the manufacturer is out of stock guess what you will get the run around. I didn't realise that you must lodge a dispute with pay within 45 days if you want there help obtaining a refund.

changed the leak guards from two strips to one big one and call it the new soft and secure side sheilds. This so called improvement is total [censored word removed] they leak on a regular basis even when the nappy isnt even 1/2 wet. Sick of being caught out away from home with soaked pants when we never have had this issue before the changes. These nappies are expensive so you would expect they should hold up for a couple of hours however have been a big let down and i will have to start trialing some other brands now.
