Wonderful Photobook – I have only made one photobook and used Albumworks to produce it. The quality of the printing is great (I chose the higher quality option) and the photos are bright and consistent

with the originals.

It was a little disappointing that the book wasn't printed in Australia (Malaysia) so it has a little further to travel when finished. Delivery was with DHL and it didn't take too long.

To compose the book I used their downloadable editor. It does the job but can be a little frustrating to use at times. There wasn't anything that I couldn't find a way to do though.

There is a $25 (?) fee for someone to review your order before it is printed. This sounds like a good option to have but I didn't want to pay that much for it.

I will use their service again.

  Verified Samsonite

Excellent After Sales Experience for an Old American Tourister/Samsonite Suitcase – My experience is with American Tourister luggage. Only recently have I realised that this brand is owned by Samsonite. On a recent overseas trip, the wheels for my hard American

Tourister suitcase were falling apart once they were taken off the plane. The rest of the bag was in great condition, even though it was over eight years old.

I submitted a spare parts request to Samsonite and received a response the same day saying that the parts would be posted to me. A week or so later, new wheels arrived and the suitcase is now ready for more trips.

The whole process was easy to follow and at no time was there any question about being able to access the parts. It is impressive to find a company that stands behind their products.

Verified Fast Cover Travel Insurance - Comprehensive

No complaints with a no claim experience – I chose this cover after reviewing the PDS documents from a number of companies. The cover seemed good (gave me confidence) and it was easy to purchase. There was enough

information given so that I could claim if required.

As I haven't made a claim, that is the best outcome for me and my review can only cover this part of the process. I would use them again.

Good Range of Books – Sydney City Store - great service and a good range of books. I knew roughly what I wanted but having a range of book on the particular topic let me confirm that my original choice (based on online info) was the one I wanted.

Pelican Ranger iPhone 15 Pro Case

Decent Protection for iPhone 15 Pro – Pelican make a range of phone cases and the Ranger model is produced for a number of different phones. This review is for the iPhone 15 Pro although the others look to be similar.

I've had this cover for almost a month now.

Pros: * The case is rigid - I don't feel that silicon covers give enough protection when dropped * Works with Magsafe. I don't use this but may at a later date. * Mid-range price * Claimed 3.6m drop test approved. These claims may not be worth much, but when you compare different cases from the same manufacturer they are a good guide as to how protective each case is. I've dropped previous phones a number of times and don't expect this to be any different. * Raised sides that come above the screen and above the camera lenses on the back. The protection on the back is particularly good. * The case isn't sealed in the packaging so while you are in the shop you can actually try it out on your phone. So good!

Cons: * Color range is limited, but I am fine with black * It is made of a smooth plastic that if anything is a little slippery. I've used Otterbox cases previously and they had a slightly textured, rubbery feel that I felt gave a better grip. They cost more though! * The case can be easily marked. They aren't that obvious unless you look at it from a particular angle.

All up I am happy with the case and the protection it offers. I would pay a little more for an alternative that gave better grip without being too chunky but didn't see any option like that at the time.
