April, no response and I even sent a message to give us firm date of installation. After another week, contacted agent. He said those who want batteries are being serviced first because of rebate and tried to push me to buy battery as well. After another week, sent another email to demand firm installation date, still no response. Today, 2nd May, hubby finally cancelled contract and requested full refund or I will report to appropriate government agency. NOT RECOMMENDED
