After so much wasted time I cancelled the order. Then they sent me an email offering a 4GB memory card and faster shipping. On 28th January 2014 I have requested an immediate refund and hope that it is processed swiftly.

I am surprised that they are still in business if they treat customers this way.

I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. They advised in writing that “a full refund will be processed asap” but as of the 3rd February I have not been advised of any refund.

They take your money then do not ship the goods
