priming process. Before we could do anything, the NO WATER light kept flashing despite a full water tank. Probably a water sensor issue (before first use). Brought it back to JB and got a replacement.

The second one worked well for a couple of weeks. However, the grind amount then started becoming very inconsistent - often giving way too much ground even when the dial was switched to MIN. The grinder eventually failed after 4 weeks of use.

I believe the product has a massive consumer market. However, more thoughts need to be put in the design to improve durability and overall product quality. Nobody is going to be happy with a RRP700 plus machine of such poor build quality.
