appointed time as it was not appearing via the app tracking system. Despite a confirmed booking they were unable to supply a taxi within a 90 minute waiting preiod. The medical appointment had to be rescheduled at considerable inconvenience and cost. If a company can not guarantee a service they should not provide a confirmed booing.
