not a hearing evaluation and is unlike other free online assessments of hearing which measure perception of sound alone. I compared the results by using 5 other online hearing tests and then the Audika one. The other 5 reported no loss of hearing and no need for further follow-up. The Audika one using the mixture of sound perception and tasks involving mixed cognitive components ( even when getting all 3 of these correct) suggested hearing loss and need for further review. The result of having an inappropriate assessment tool and false results is that it attracts people to their assessment centres where they are vulnerable to unnecessary sales pressure. SO DO NOT rely on this company's online hearing test. GO elsewhere !!!!

appointed time as it was not appearing via the app tracking system. Despite a confirmed booking they were unable to supply a taxi within a 90 minute waiting preiod. The medical appointment had to be rescheduled at considerable inconvenience and cost. If a company can not guarantee a service they should not provide a confirmed booing.
