Disaster – Let me be clear, the mobile service/coverage is not the issue. It's the Lebara app and the way they sneakily charge your account and how unclear it is when changing plans or

recharging so that you end up getting charged multiple times! Customer service is also ok but waiting times are long. You just end up giving up on getting your money back. Just do yourself a favour and steer away unless you don't mind the headache.

I've applied 4 times now to open an acount! – Just terrible. I've been trying to open a simple bank account with them and they have asked me 4 times now to call them to verify some info an then to re-apply, then wait a few

more weeks and the same thing happened again. It's been over 6 months now. What a waste of time!

Customer service is non-existent! – We have a business account with star track and have been billed incorrectly. We have submitted an online form, contacted them several times, and even made a formal complaint, but

no one gets back to us. This has been going on for over a month. Ridiculous!

All natural and perfect as a preventative cream! – All natural and perfect as a preventative cream! Did a fair bit of research and this seemed to be one of the best creams out there! I would definitely not recommend something like

sudocrem (and many others) at all, let alone for everyday use. Tip: don't forget to give babies some air time without nappy (before applying the creme) everyday if you can. It really helps.

Some of the rates are wrong! – It a great service, however I noticed some of the rates are wrong. For example, the feed in tarrif for some companies are listed as GST-inclusive, and others are Ex-GST, resulting

in wrong comparisons. If corrections are made, it's an excellent service.
