incredibly helpful and answered all our questions with so much ease and simplicity.

As we live a fair distance away from Newcastle, the next day I hopped back onto the Plush Website, and spoke with Huan Wang, as we wanted to find out if there was a way for us to order it online. not only was she extremely helpful, answered all the other questions we had about timing, sizing and delivery, she also made sure the sale went to Elyse in Newcastle, which in todays retail world is a real breath of fresh air!

We were both so impressed with the service, quality of the lounge and all the details so we placed the order immediately.
