The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, although a bit of an acquired taste I suppose. I used to suffer from back pain, but that has gone completely. Very comfortable and good value for money (compared to the leading brand of memory foam mattresses) . Good delivery, although very expensive if you opt for a Saturday delivery. The "new" odour took a few days to pass.
