the chat line- operator was helpful although English was only average at best so it took a while to explain . Operator advised only the colour I wanted ( brown) was out of stock and only grey left . I ordered grey and it arrived 8 February. Quality is quite ok and met my expectations. I suspect if you don't want to wait until an out of stock item comes back into stock and you want a refund it could be tricky. I don't think I would buy from them again simply because of the hassles in trying to deal with them if there is an issue about your order. My chat line operator did try hard to help but language differences was frustrating for me.
