naturally and had blonde foils and my hair was in poor condition from my previous hair colouring at another salon and from lockdown....it was a mess and really affected my confidence. I showed Mikaela pictures of what I was looking to achieve, and she ran me through each of the options to achieve it. She was very open and pragmatic about what we could achieve, keep me laughing the whole time- just the overall experience was pretty bloody fantastic with the rest of the staff there, the crystal treatment, that oil treatment, and just the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Will definitely be back and I found my new hairdresser in Mikaela- thank you so much. Ps the colour was a dark blonde, with light brown tint, with warm tones. Exactly what I was after. Very happy.

From the moment I walked into the Northland store my daughter and I were greeted by Morgan C. Morgan was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me make the right purchasing decision for my daughter and I. My toddler daughter was also running around the store and Morgan and the other staff were so amazing with her. When I received the confirmed quote via email (when I got home after a very sleepy toddler needed her bed!) the process to secure the furniture and pay my Deposit was seamless. I also had a few interactions with Jared A online. He was very quick to come back to make sure I was 100% about my purchase and that I had checked my home measurements etc and was super helpful, especially on a Sunday !!! Was going to go for a cheaper option yesterday, but decided to spend a little bit more today to get the quality of plush. The process to provide customised windows and doors was seamless and the installation was even better. Could not have been happier with the result and service from Brendan and Therese in particular. Excellent communication back-and-forth (we are Melbourne based and the project was our beach house so lots of back and forth!) and a quality product at a very reasonable price.
