I'm welcome to apply in 12 months. That doesn't help at all. I will be calling them but it's not a good start. They should outline their response and time frame on applications. I can pay for the items I need up front but they are for investment properties so I don't want to put my personal money down up front. That's not how investing works.

I booked QANTAS but can't manage to whole booking on the FF site. I have to go to Emirates and jetstar websites and do it all separately. I can choose some seats, others I can't or cost extra. If you want a pillow or blanket it costs extra on jetstar.

I used to fly with QANTAS for work all the time and it was great, easy and seamless. Now I will give it a miss in the future. I will review again after the flight. I'm not looking forward to it. Too late and costly to pull out now.

took nearly 2 days for the seller to come back with a yes on the offer. By this time I had already located and purchased the same for a lot less. To me making an offer does not constitute a commitment to buy. I contacted the seller and got no response. I was given an unpaid item strike even though I followed procedure. Ebay is near impossible to contact. I do not want to call but email them. This option is not available to me. I do not want to contact the seller as I will get no response. I have sold on ebay and online from my own website in the past and nothing is more important than customer service, in this case there was non.

This has been just one of a few issues with bad customer service by sellers and ebay.
