just bought a new tablet and needed large storage. NOT having received the item by 9th May I communicated via e-mail asking where my order was. They told me that my order was being sourced overseas and that it would take 2-4 weeks. I explained my urgent need but the pleas fell on deaf ears. I had no support from Customer support!!! My last correspondence with then was yesterday when I voiced my disgust at their service, only to be told to contact them if my order had not arrived by EARLY JUNE. I needed this for use with my work and they are just unhelpful, useless and do not care!!!

Wanting to buy a new camera for my wife for Christmas I began searching the costs of a Sony Cybershot (her favourite camera) and wanted to do it on the quiet.

It was with great delight that The Good Guys advertised 20% off on e-bay and I promptly ordered and paid for a Sony Cybershot DSHX90V digital camera saving around $95.00 at $475.00. Then came the first disappointment.

I noted that postage was advertised as $9.95... No problem if you live in Melbourne !! My postage became $17.49. Ah! I thought and changed my supplier to Gepps Cross South Australia (my nearest Good Guys). Can't believe the postage did not change but (I thought) at least I was saving on the camera. I even queried their postage through ebay but received no answer. Having weight the camera and seen its packaging the most it could have cost was $12.95

Here's the cruncher !! The Good Guys at Gepps Cross has put the camera in a paper shopping bag with minimal protection and stapled it before sticking the label on and sending it via Australia Post.

From initial enquiry to build it took 5 months, but boy was it worth it. This is a quality imported cabin and Craig himself attended my home and built it. I have nothing but praise for the company and its employees. Well worth considering if you are not in a rush.
