No Pong Original It works well, one jar last a while. Bought a few. Was buying an American product before but they stopped posting to Australia. Then found some on Amazon but applicator didn't… work well No pong was better value but has to be applied by finger which I am ok with but my son didn't like so had to get more expensive model for him. Great value. |

Verified Optimum 9200A 2nd Generation Could not find the exact part online – Was able to get the replacement part quickly, but I was not able to find just the jug i had to buy the jug and blades. Later after emailing them they did say a jug could be bought separately but i was in a hurry so could not wait.… |

Tangerine Telecom NBN 25/10 Modem reset, so it had to be reconfigured – my tenant lost there internet after the big outage. I went there to have a look after calling Tangerine to have them check, they found that it looked like the modem had been… reset. When i got there found that the modem had been reset so i had to setup the modem again, and an issue so called tangerine to check, they found there was a wrong setting after fixing that setting it started working again. So it took a bit longer but it got solved quickly. |

Verified Ridge Homes Started out good, ended in nothing but issues – We talked to several builders but we came back to harmac, based on the friendly sales staff and they promised us a quick build. The reviews looked good, now we wish we had looked… a little deeper into the review. We signed contracts and paid the deposit, then it all stopped. After not hearing back from them for several weeks. We tried to contact the sales person, with no luck. I happened to have there mobile so i tired this and got in contact with them, they told me that they had left the company for a new job but could still try to help. As part of the deal we were going to cut the block ready for building, they were supposed to supply us with details regarding the cut. We got the cut made, then finally got information from them, so we had to cut more which we did. Then there was an issue with the council regarding turning circles, that they did not seem to understand, so months went buy on that issue, in the end the council had to explain it to us so that we could explain it to them. Finally everything got sorted out we thought and the build could go ahead. After they started the build they the supervisor contacted me to say they could not find the sewage connection, but that they would do that later, (which turned out to be a big mistake, because they did not find the sewage connection, which was exactly where the plans said it would be, the house turned out to be to low and a pumping station was not necessary, which they did not want to pay for). As tanks were needed for storm water purpose, they agreed to add some extra to the slap for the tank I would supply. Except they poured the concrete slab incorrectly. So when it came time to fit the tank there was not enough space for the tank even though I confirmed the size. Initially the supervisor was very friendly and told me yes they made a mistake but they would fix it. Then his tone changed and it was our fault somehow he did say they used GPS to measure the slab so not sure how it could be our fault. There was also many other issues, they did not order the floor tiles correctly so we had to swap to a different tile which caused delays and the new tile turned out to be unsealed so very hard to clean. As per contract the property and house was suppose to be clean at hand over which they were not. Based on our experience stay away from this builder. One last example, the kitchen sinks was leaking, during the 3 month service they were suppose to fix this, but it turned out they did not, so I had to hire a local plumber to fix it, which in the end turned out the pipe was just a bit off so it did not seal properly, my plumber took 5 min to fix the actual issue. |

Tangerine Telecom NBN 100/20 Book it 1 month in advanced. Now have to wait 3 weeks – I book my plan about 1 month in advanced to avoid any issues. They said if my appointment did not suit to just email back they would fix it. So I got date to early, I emailed them… to change it as per our arrangements. Moved in no internet, no NBN. So I call them the wait to long had to give up. Call them next day less wait. They say yes NBN has an issue my new date almost 3 weeks away. So they did nothing about the appointment. Then they blamed NBN. I asked for a temporary 4g until the NBN is done. They said no nothing they can do. So if you don't want internet loss don't use this company. Now I wish I had read the review before I signed up with them. If you do use them here's hoping is goes smooth. |
