of perfect operation, the TV developed a fault. On calling the store directly, I received an excellent response from the manager, who passed my call to the storeroom. In very short time, details were exchanged and a replacement ordered. It was delivered within 2 days, again by friendly couriers. I cannot fault the in store experience, nor the after sales service. Highly recommend this store.
