To make matters worse, one of my flights got canceled, and Kiwi’s only solution was for me to pay an extra $700—essentially charging me for a new ticket and making the process unnecessarily difficult. It’s simply not worth the hassle. You’re better off paying a little more to work with a reliable company, because dealing with Kiwi will end up costing you far more in the long run.
