Nick Scali Furniture NSW, Kotara Purchased a Leather lounge from Nick Scali, 2 years warranty, used the lounge… normally, cleaned with product supplied by them weekly, the headrest area started to show signs of wear, contacted them two weeks out of warranty, we had a representative from the firm come out, after multiple attempts by phone and email, he said there was oil build up under the leather from head contact, where else do you put your head, they don't cover oil build up under leather, this product was some $8000, it's a defective product they are selling, please don't take out the extended warranty they sell, not worth the buying, they also knock back any sort of claim All in all, such an unpleasant experience purchasing from this company There call now is, engage another leather repairer for satisfaction We have another leather lounge some 20 years old, no such deficiency in this product J Ross Hartigan Follow-up · The Solution given, out of warranty by 2 weeks, my Problem Lounge used daily leather not sure of grading They tell me it's an oil build-up from the head touching the lounge,… Read more |

Jim's Diggers Ross from Newcastle – Mitch was professional from the outset, delivered on time, machine in tip top condition, attachments all supplied, when delivered went through a complete demonstration on how to… use, even did some of the work for us, showed us the safety devices, if we got in trouble he was only a phone call away, highly recommend the business and the quality of the machine, 10/10 all-over for Professionalism |
