bang and found that the inner door glass had completely shattered. I called technika and was I formed that as the oven is out of warranty they were not interested. We have not mistreated the oven and I find it hard to believe that such a major flaw was not considered a problem.. I could understand if there was a minor problem but exploding glass door is unacceptable and a major issue. Extremely disappointed in the situation and the lack of assistance from Technika.
