Need to tamp it 4, 5, 6 times - Machine is messy and when you rinse the porta filter after each coffee, the tamp gets wet which then sticks to the coffee. - No amount of combinations of grinder and volume gets the pressure needle into the ideal zone and coffee runs watery with no crema. - Level of control over grind and volume is poor. - Milk wand is either on or off with no control over velocity of steam and shuts off atomatically when it thinks it's right (which ends up being wrong) Restricted room at milk wand doesn't allow you to withdraw the milk as you shut the steam down so milk stays out of wand. - Overall this machine allows no interaction with the coffee process and the automation of the machine seems poorly calibrated. - Purchased online via Amazon, which was simple and super quick delivery. This was the only pleasurable part of this purchase. - We should have spent the time trying out machines in-store, which would have shown how bad this machine is. - Genuinely, save yourself $500 and buy an automatic pod machine and milk frother which will produce a better coffee, a cleaner and quicker process with less hassle and disappointment.
