us. We watched for a further 25 mins and nothing. We then phoned and they told me they would phone me back in 5-10 mins. Nothing happened for 25 mins. I phoned again and after telling the whole saga again to someone I was placed on hold the accidenlty hung up on. They phoned me 5 mins later to tell me that the driver said he had delivered the food. He is clearly a thief. I was placed on hold for another 20 mins so eneded up phoning from another phone whilst I was on hold on the first phone to make sure that I got through to someone. On the 2nd phone I was put through to the resolution centre who after 10 mins agreed to refund our money but it would take 3-5 business days. I did not have another $91 to spend on food but seeing that it is the only resolution they give you it means dinner is a pretty sparse affair. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest that you heed my warning and avoid using them. In fact I think they might actually be a scam.
