2w Guardsman We purchased this 3 seater lounge from Wohlers in Victor Harbor, South Australia on the 30/1/2024 and also bought a Guardsman leather protection kit. It has always been cleaned… regularly. A mark appeared as seen in pictures. I attempted to clean it with the Guardsman leather cleaner, as suggested. The mark got bigger. Guardsman provide a 5 year warranty against stains or accidental damage. I logged a claim with Guardsman and they rejected the claim :( Please BEWARE when purchasing "leather" lounges and products that supposedly offer a 5 year warranty and don't follow through. I am going to contact Business and Consumer Affairs for further advice View
