Ab Circle Pro Doesn't work for me and I have been very persistant and very patient – I have noticed nothing. Just swinging from side to side for an hour on end per day. No weight loss not even a sore tummy or muscle. Sorry cannot say I experienced any gain and… I feel for me it was a waste of time and money and I would gladly give it away or donate it to someone who wishes to play with the ab circle pro. It was an expensive toy with no benefits |
