Well as soon as I walked in the door without even opening my lips, the dude behind the counter spoke in a mouse tone and said I can’t give you any discounts today...I’m like wth you don’t even know why I am here and what I’m going to ask you...So my reply was I’m not after a discount I just want some help with building a computer for my son... He then ignored my comment and went into say you need to order them online...An absolute tosser!!!

I don’t care if you were $500 cheaper mate you were not getting my business. I have never met someone so rude, so cold and seem very very unhappy. to speak to the manager .. That he or she are not there .. They never ever return ph calls and to try get a refund is an absolute nightmare... When you shop online If you add an item to your cart means its in stock , we'll guess what it wasn't in stock ... After making ph calls to find out where my order is they tell me it's out of stock and they couldn't find my order . After two weeks they finally found my order this is now 6 weeks from when we paid and ordered for goods.. Up to this day still spoke to no manager n still awaiting refund... Department Of Fair Trading here we come... I am very patient person normally but Connect have taken me over the edge .. I wish no other the same experience I received and If I could give them minus give stars I would.. The bed we chose Worse Service ever
