the other side, there are thousands and thousands of people like myself who have had completely hassle free shopping experiences and received perfectly serviceable furniture.

My last two couches came from Freedom and were fine. My current one is 5 years old, in daily use and is still going well, doesn't look its age at all. I have just received last month a new Larsson Buffet - it came 2 weeks earlier than quoted, delivered in order and on time and looks really good too.

Freedom is not a premium brand, does not have premium pricing and I don't think you can expect it to perform like premium furniture. The price is reasonable for what you get, they have an excellent contemporary range from which to choose and yes, while you can tell when you look closely that some corners may have been cut in the manufacturing process, all in all it is pretty satisfactory and you get what you pay for.

I have been a happy Freedom customer over the years. YMMV I don't know, perhaps I have been lucky

which was OK, but it was such an ordeal to get a coffee made, and then I'd end up with coffee grounds all over the bench and the floor, and god help you if you used the steaming wand - I ended up with milk all over everything (perhaps it was just me!). I gave up on it and put it in a box out the back a year ago. Ugh.

This Nespresso machine has changed my life - I get great coffee everyday, even if I am running late for work. Press the button and it's done - other than popping out the capsule by lifting a lever, no further cleanup is necessary. Perfect for lazy, late running people like me!
